Liquid mixer machine, also known as liquid mixing tank, is one kind of machine used for mixing liquid. Driven by electric motor, vertical shaft equipped with mixing agitator rotates (the rotating speed can be low or high and can be fixed or variable). Mechanical kinetic energy of liquid materials produced by the shaft-rotation make materials achieve physical mixing, and even contribute to chemical reaction. Different types of agitators can be chosen according to the characteristics of different materials (such as viscosity). More commonly used agitators are turbine type, propeller type, brooking-makin type, gear type, screw type, anchor type, frame type, ribbon type etc According to fixation of mixing head and tank, liquid mixer can be also divided into: lift-type mixer and tank mixer.
