1, Description:
Emulsifying machine's shearing head consisting of rotor and stator, strong hydraulic shearing; liquid-layer friction, tearing crash because of high peripheral speed produced in the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor; so that the material fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, broken and meanwhile emitted by the stator slot; material itself change the flow direction because of resistance in the container wall and strong upper-lower turbulence formed because of upper-lower axial suction force; after several cycles materials get dispersed and emulsified.
