D-NTY series of integrated belt-typed thickening and dehydrating machine is based on the model of the filter from Waterlink company in Switzerland and is a  redesigned and remanufactureed  new type belt thickening and dewatering machine after digesting and absorbing of the advantages of  the products from Andirtz in Austria and klein in Germany. The equipment  takes the advantages of many brands, innovates the components and design deficiencies of similar equipments and Increases the thickening and dewatering zone so the dewatering indexes and performance can be in the best condition. It has great adapting ability to the concentration fluctuation of the feeding media and has  great processing ability and perfect effect of sequence running, it also has great high extrusion for sludge cake. It could run completely automatically.

The structure and properties

Integrated belt-typed Thickening and dehydrating machine is combined with the belt-typed thickener and belt-typed dehydrator that is suitable for a variety of different kinds of sludges with continuous concentration and dehydration ,and then can get the mud cake of high solid rate. The mud is concentrated to above 5% solid rate of sludge for pressing and filtering from 2% mud containing on thickening section and the solid mud rate could reach 20% on the filtering section.
Integrated belt-typed thickening and dehydrating machine includes the stainless steel frame, gravity dehydration section, pressing section, the mud-raking section, driving device, a filter belt cleaning device, the filter belt tensioning device, filter belt tracking and rectifying system, leachate collecting plate and a draining tube, internal wiring and piping etc.,All of the parts are used with anti-corrosion and anti-wearing materials, ensuring the long stable operation of the equipment.
The equipment has the automatic control and perfect protecting function. The equipment could stop working or alarm if any of the the following conditions appear : the sludge is insufficient, lack of polymer, filter belt deviation, low the flushing water pressure ,low compressed air pressure , external instructing signal.

  A:TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more 

appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance

 before loading by TT

  A:It depends on the quantities,generally speaking,

the delivery time will be within 4 to 5 weeks.

  A:We use standard package.if you have special package

 requirements,we will pack as required.
