Description: 3.5mm shiitake mushroom stem strips are cut by automatic machine with even thickness, width and maximum length, the raw materials (stems) are cut from fresh shiitake mushrooms, air- dried. The ends and sawdust are well processed before slicing to ensure the purity of finished strips.
Uses: Vegetarian food, snack food, soup, risotto, fried dish, etc.
