Item: Shiitake Mushroom Stem Cube
Description: The stem cubes are cut by automatic machine with even sizes, the raw materials (stems) are cut from fresh shiitake mushrooms, air- dried. The ends and sawdust are well processed before slicing to ensure the purity of finished cubes.
Uses: Instant noodles, Japanese ramen noodles, hand-pulled noodles (la-mian), vegetable soup, sauce, risotto, etc.
