Item: Shiitake Mushroom Stem
Description: Cut from fresh shiitake mushroom that planted in mountain areas without pollution, air-dried. The impurities and sawdust are carefully removed by hand and machine before packing.
The products are classified into three grades by quality: .
Grade 1: Mostly for overseas market to make vegetarian foods. High purity (98% plus), impurities like hairs, threads, plastic pieces and sawdusts are well removed by workers manually and vibration screen automatically.
Grade 2: Mostly for sizable food manufacturers to produce snack food, instant food, etc. Purity can be 95% or above. Impurities like hairs, threads, plastic pieces and sawdusts are well removed by vibration screen automatically.
Grade 3: Mostly for manufacturing quick products like jiaozi (dumpling) or seasonings, chafing dish materials, etc. Purity can be 90% or above. Impurities like hairs, threads, plastic pieces and sawdusts are well removed by vibration screen automatically.

Xixia Veepro Mushroom Factory is equipped with automatic machines of filtrating, slicing, drying and testing. Our products are sold well in Fujian, Guangdong, Shandong, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Hubei provinces as well as overseas.
