Item: Shiitake Mushroom Stem Slice
Description: The slices are cut by automatic machine with even thickness and maximum length, the raw materials (stems) are cut from fresh shiitake mushrooms, air-dried. The ends and sawdust are well processed before slicing to ensure the purity of finished slices.
Uses: Vegetarian food, snack food, soup, risotto, fried dish, etc.
Size: Length≥ 20mm, thickness (fresh): 4.5mm or 3.5mm. Thickness (dried): 2-3mm.
