This device combined mainly by: Extractor, separators, CO2 high pressure pump, Co-solvent pump, Chilling system, CO2 storage tank, heat exchanging system, purification system, flow meters, temperature control system, safety system etc.

It is equipped with water jacket recycle heating system. The temperature is adjustable. Attached with auxiliary solid/liquid material drum.

13. Safety device:
1. Outlet of high pressure pump equipped with contact pressure meter. Working pressure can be preset. When pressure is exceeding the set pressure, the pump stops automatically.
2. Safety valves are equipped to extractor, separators as per the Max. Working pressure. Once the pressure exceeding the machine's Max. Pressure, the pressure will be discharged automatically.

All the contact parts with raw material and liquid, such as tank, valves, pipe fittings and pipe, are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti S. Steel.
Features:
1. The pressing ring in separators is of fast open type. O ring is used as inlet. It is durable for more than 4 months in use.
