Corrosion Resistant Ozone Test Instrument (YOT-080)

Introduction&Application

Rubbers are particularly prone to ozone attack and exposure can cause a crazing effect on uncovered surfaces, eventually leading to cracking and facture. Ozone attack can also bring additives to the surface and cause the rubber compounds to separate.
Materials are placed in a chamber containing a ozone-rich atmosphere for a period of time, after which they are assessed for damage or tested for physical properties such as strength. The ozone test chamber simulates and strengthens the conditions of ozone, study the effects of ozone on rubber, and then take effective anti-aging measures to improve the life of rubber products.
