Silicone Adhesive for Electronic Parts (SI1316)

SI1316 is one component room temperature curing organic silicone sealant with high elasticity.

Features

Usage
1. As heat conducting medium of electronic parts and components when needed.
2. As filling compound between power transistor, thyristor diode and their base material (aluminum, Cu)
